- The Front Desk is Your Domain: You keep everything running smoothly at reception. Requests, information, and guest needs all come together here – and you handle them with confidence, organisation, and a calm approach.
- Answering Questions: You are our guests’ first point of contact – even for the unexpected questions that make every day unique and rewarding.
- Spa Ambassador: You know exactly what makes our spa experience special. You actively advise guests and help them discover the perfect treatments to complete their stay. You’re not simply selling services – you’re creating memorable experiences.
- Team Player: You work closely with every department because we believe in talking with each other, not about each other.
